So I was playing this game, thinking, "oh, it's a jam RPG. This'll be quick." Then it was waaay longer than I thought it would be - major props and congratulations for making such a long game in this time, especially being that it's your first (or so I see from MaplePoki's comment)! There are definitely some map gripes and design gripes, but everything worked, and it was enjoyable for the most part! I think for the map issue, what would help is some landmarking - just some memorable statues or areas that allow for the player to hold their bearings and know where they have to go next. Enemy variety would be nice, as well as some more unique designs, but hey, they serve their purpose here. This might be the most minor critique that I've ever had of a game, but I noticed that the rocks that are occasionally on the ground (the brighter white ones), when under a shadow, aren't shaded, they just stay the same, causing a little bit of visual confusion. The game wasn't all too unique, but it was certainly a good time for what it was, and for a first game it was unbelievable! Great job!

Thank you so much GipMedia! Yes, this is my first game. I am still trying to find out how to make RPG Maker affect the rock tilesets with the lighting, because for some reason it just doesn't seem to do so. Maybe I'll have to copy the tileset and make a shadowed one? I will be trying to improve it and update it as fast as I can through school work! Thank you for your review! :)
