One's at the gym
And the last is at the Restful Sleep
I checked all the places you said and spoke to everyone but i couldnt find them. Am i doing something wrong?
Well if u cant find them that means ur farm setting for inviting bull is off...

go into ur milk farm in the room where bell stays and i believe u will find the farm setting beside her

When i go to farm settings the only option i have is to reset farm occupants to just bell. Is that what im supposed to do and then reinvite everyone?
I reset the farm setting and still nothing:/ idk if it worked for you guy

if you go to the underground mall and enter the naughty kitty shop the cowbell collar is there. You just have to buy it
You need to have six cowgirls at the farm, then talk to Bell and she'll ask if you want to invite bulls too!
