How do I capture the bandit girl? I tried to select the Capture her option but it keeps saying that 'You doubt Cassie trusts you enough to do it.'
You need to make some progress through Fawn's arc until you can talk to her about Cassie. Go to Arlene (the police women) and ask her about the Don. Then you need to go to the slums area with the different residents and there should be a new prompt allowing you to pay them. You should then go back to Arlene.
