As mentioned, enemy targeting should be disabled until player can move. The need for instant cloaking on level load to prevent being shot in the face is not cool kkkkk

The effects of time distortion and cloak are nice and I think they are balanced. Enemies are a little tricky, I never really got when I have killed them or not. Maybe add a life bar or change something in their graphics to show if they are hurt?
