when ur windows 32bit can run the 64bit:"i knew pouring milk all over my PC would help!" *edit* it worked...though i could barely see anything on the lowest quality
If you are running a 32bit, it is impossible to run 64bit applications without an emulator (64bit virtual machine) of some sort.

That's not how this works... 64bit can run 32bit, but 32bit cannot run 64bit. It's like pouring water in the fuel tank of a diesel vehicle.
