Wasn't sure when I could or couldn't open my eyes with space bar. Also submitted to multiple Game Jams so not sure if this was done in the required time frame.
You can only wake up after each sound plays so that you can't see what's happening until it's already happened. This game was made within the time constraints of all the game jams. Sorry for the confusion.
