Same issue here, on Intel UHD 620, actually updated the drivers just the day before. The lines flicker very fast, and the flickering actually remained on my monitor after closing the game, lasting even after a full reboot, but slowly disappeared after a couple of minutes. Problem with refresh rate, perhaps?
