iOS--almost certainly not as the game contains mature content by default and we've heard that getting games onto their shop may still result in their removal. That just isn't worth the trouble for a small developer like us. 

Android, we can't say no for sure, but the game and its UI aren't built for mobile. It would take a lot of modifications to make the game suitable for a smaller screen, the cost of which would need to be calculated.

The biggest chance the game has to be ported is if a mobile publisher asks to license the games for mobile and they do the work, but that's unlikely, so the chances are quite low.
