Have you completed all there is to do in transylvania? If its the doir inside the building i dont think its in the game yet...
yeah i have the living underwear and done all quests, but cant access that shop, maybe it has to do with it being a old save from before the shop was available.
i would guess that may be it theres nothing to do in there yet anyway
