I've decided to try using a standard format for all my feedback this time around. Please excuse me if I come across as overly curt or miss something important about your game. I'm writing these all quite hastily as there are a lot of games in the jam this year!

What I liked

The graphics are nice, and the cute style is a change from a lot of the other games in the jam.

The setting is unique and has potential though it seems a bit underutilized here.

What I didn't like

The battles really aren't very exciting which I thought was the point, but I'm not so sure.

No Terminal Lance between the Private and the Corporal.

Did I think it was so bad it was good?

I'm still kinda sitting on the fence about this. It's not a great game, but it's not really bad in a way that evokes so bad it's good either.

My thoughts on the modifier implementation

Not really a fan, to be honest. I guess you have to play it until you figure out the exact combination of chests and item use needed to win? I don't really have the patience for that.

Other remarks

I'm not sure if "thrust enemy" was intentional or not but I got a good laugh out of it.

Is Smile Game Builder like a 3D RPG Maker? This game kinda had an RPG Maker feel, but in 3D.

Verdict

To paraphrase Anatoly Dyatlov, not great, not terrible. I'm really on the fence on whether this is so bad it's good material or just okay. It is a cute little game though.

If you have any questions, comments, queries or concerns, please reply and I'll do my best to get back to you.

Thank you for your detailed comment. I think you had played the older version, because older version was my dev-test. So, you start with some good weapons and armors. I forgot to change and uploaded. So the early battle will be easy, some enemy just one hit kill.

That's definitely the version I played. I'd actually assumed that it was deliberately designed that way.
