Did you just set up the price yesterday? Because in that case you might have missed the last review. And yes, support is very backed up, but if your assets aren't indexed after a while, that's still who you need to contact. Hope this helps.
I setup the price when i originally put up the asset 9ish days ago. I guess ill just need to keep waiting for a support reply.
As a side i just noticed that even when searching for my username is shows no assets but directly linking to the asset works fine, which i guess is related to not being indexed.
