The art, animation, gameplay, it's all so well done! And in 48 hours? Well done! Also you could kinda leave the people in the paint bucket so they don't die, then let them out last minute when you have all the colors.
Sure, that will get rid of that problem, but maybe also telegraph it when it's about to explode too, I'm sure you'll do it anyways just tellin so my reply wouldn't be too short ^^
