I really like the aesthetic, it feels super arcadey. It took a couple of play-throughs to understand the rules. It was unclear that flags would update position and weren't completely consumable.

Thanks for the comment. Actually originally they were consumable but I made a change late on because it seemed more playable to cycle them. Ran out of time to make that clear in the UI!

That makes sense; it plays really well as is! (I can imagine having them completely consumable would be kind of restricting)
