The idea is creative but the experience wasn't very fun for me. I didn't really get the goal, either I'm missing something or the game doesn't have an objective other than keeping the doctor from destroying the lab, meaning you'll eventually run out of potions and lose.

Nice concept though, can be expanded to include a final goal and some puzzle arrangements of the stage. Maybe some of the destruction can be useful for example to open a locked door to some important piece of equipment so the strategy is to turn into the monster trying to open it.
