I really love this idea - you've done an excellent job of shining a light on the essential experience of being a landlord, and the general mess that comes with the business.
I do wish there had been more of a learning curve: kind of a Tycoon game approach where you start off learning the game with just a couple properties and a few tenants. As the property market opens up, you can add more houses and tenants until you get to where the jam game is now.
Some conveyance SFX would have also been nice, even just little pips and ticks when you press buttons -- some big "KACHINGS" could also be nice when you buy properties.
But I do really love this game! Criminally underrated!
