If the GGT menu Add-on does not show up in Tools Panel "N" hotkey (Also make sure you are in object mode), then you have to make sure your system does not include any corrupted version of the addon installed within another directory (this is a common issue in some Blender addons - https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/26953/how-can-i-uninstall-an-add-on ) then close Blender, open again and try reinstalling it.
I had a fresh Blender install from 2 days ago. I had not installed any Addons or anything on it. I was in Object mode. Still not being able to install your Addon.
I have a Windows 10 Pro and an Intel i7 processor.
So I just did the following:
- I uninstalled Blender.
- Did a hard reboot.
- Downloaded and installed Blender again.
- same results.
Unfortunately I am unable to install and use your Addon. Any ways, thank you for your prompt responses.

Most likely this issue is happening due to something wrong in Windows + Blender environment but we can sort it out. Other users had similar issues and all were able to fix it.
