I'm sorry this is happening could you let me know a bit more about your computer? Can you try opening the game in Windowed mode and see if that works?

So my pc is windows xp Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPUE5300 @ 2.60Hz2.60GHz , 1.99 GB of RAMi opened windowed mode and didnt help
