This looks great! It looks like you've nailed the movement, looks really reactive and satisfying. I love the rope, it reminds me of the rope in Worms, can you detach in mid-air and chain ropes together? Tutorial is a great idea, and art is coming along nicely.
Make sure you change the Megaman sprite before submission, I think including that would be against the rules.
