Yes, you can use my asset in your projects. You can not re-distribute, i mean, resell my product (or part) as it is.
If you are using my asset pack to create a game, tutorials, or any other product (even for sale) You just need to refer to me (Very often I like to get in touch and can help in promoting as much as possible.)
You won't have any problems. I will not claim your product (that would be strange ^^) or charge any royalties.
