UI scale is fixed in version v 0.28.
About the freezes, this is happening during some animations. I will work on optimizing the android version.

I would like to mention that for me the freezes happened not only during animations but before or after them as well.
scale issue present on v0.41,
using Android Samsung Tab A, 8" screen (1280x800)
