Between the increasing rate of pandas and rising fence repair costs, I'm not sure how it's possible to accumulate $100 in this game for even a single upgrade.
Yeah, unfortunately we didn't have time to upload a balance patch. My best tip is that you can repair the fence for no cost before it gets broken, and to rush the fence upgrades first so you have more time to do the free repairs before a segment breaks.
