Sorry to hear this--someone else reported a similar issue with all games but ours the other day, and when we investigated on a personal account we could not reproduce it. I would contact Itch support as this is an issue that is outside of our control.

We made sure there are keys available, we're not sure why you can't get any right now. We're so sorry for the trouble, but it doesn't seem that there's much more we can do at this point. :( Itch needs to get back with you!
