Hey Harry! Can you send us the log files. If you are on Windows should be:C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\beyondthosehills\reky\Player.log
On MacOS: ~/Library/Logs/beyondthosehills/reky/Player.log
Maybe we can see the error there.
I'm getting the same problem. Did you figure out what it was?
I have no Player.log file in that folder.
