Starlight by Guldor Games directly starts you off with the ultimate premise. You are given 7 jumps to rescue not only the crew of your ships, but also the entirety of humanity. A classic dice-throw determines whether you get a decent or bad star system. Each jump is dangerous. Gather resources as quick as you can. If you stay too long, you will get attacked by Alien spaceships.
