Not necessarily. There is Unity tools to do this with the XR toolkit, but the game might be a bit too demanding to run in VR in the web.
This would need a bit of recoding.
You need to install the Oculus app on your pc, and then use Oculus Link (by plugging in a compatible cable) to play it, providing your pc can run it.Yes I keep copy pasting this, but that is because everyone keeps asking the same question.
