Little Suggestion. Put a cooldown on Healing as the Succubus can just spam it and keep the player on them for a long time. I'd suggest it lasting for 2 turns and then adding a new guard ability. Guarding lowers 50% incoming damage but has a cooldown of 3.
Also the miss chance is pretty high as you have the ability of missing 4 times in a row. Maybe instead making it happen at least .5 times out of 5
This game has a good concept however, it's not really what I'd expect, especially it classifying as RPG
