I would say it's valid but it might not get you many points on the use of the Theme :)

Haha, I do agree with you for the most part, experience and portfolio piece being more important :) That said, if you feel that way then absolutely this is not something that will get disco'd. I think those orange spheres sort of save the notion of rewind and the fact that you basically get pulled back instead of appearing at the start :)
