Yeah, once you learn to implement transitions, you better use them everywhere. I think that it adds a lot to the user experience, and improves the presentation greatly.
And thanks for the opinion! I was initially playing with the idea of using the mouse to direct the bomb in a certain direction, but after implementing it, I thought that, because of the fast movement of the game, it was kinda hard to keep track of everything at the same time. I may play further with the idea once the review process is done.
