Nice game! I found it because it has a similar name to our game, though the mechanic of rewinding life is totally different in yours and acts as punishment. I like that you have 5 different life phases with different abilities, however you should have explained what the abilities do and why. I love how the game rewinds your position, also, but it's too frustrating that you have to start all over again after you lose all lives. The level select screen also loses it's purpose then, no?
All in all, really good ideas, but the execution could be better, especially in terms of level design.
