I think you have an overall good concept for a game here. There is a few things I would change. I think the player should have slightly more control than they currently have. Also most of the time I felt like I just couldn't get away from guards just cause of my restricted movement.

Yes, I felt a bit out of control sometimes when I played my game for the last time before the jam.
It was a bit frustrating sometimes, and I might continue developing this game and maybe add another rewind, that might make it a bit nicer. I think that if I would also explain the AI a bit more in depth it would have worked better.
