I'm writing this while I play.

Saw this game on the Brackeys discord, had to try it out for the cover art alone.

Just saying: using the ctrl key in a browser game is pretty risky.

I love how the grass grows and dies when you pass through time! Such an awesome detail.

I want to take a second to say OH MY GOD, these graphics are STUNNING. The purple effect when passing through time is amazing and oh-so-cool. I love how you used 3d models and took slices of them, it's a super creative idea.

The platforming controls are so slippery and janky it makes this first platforming bit almost impossible.

And then the game froze and the browser said "Out of memory. if you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

The memory leak gets so bad during gameplay it starts lagging and becomes difficult to progress. I made it to the top of the windmill before it stopped working again.

This game has an awesome mechanic, amazing graphics, and a really solid connection to the theme. It's just a shame that the platforming controls and optimization issues have such a big impact on gameplay. Overall, amazing job!

I had to cut this review down by a few paragraphs because it went past itch's character limit :(

Thanks for the feedback. Optimization on this was difficult because we have so many calculations running, and that lag (as well as the slippery platforms) really kill the platforming. I really wish I had more time to bug fix, but oh well. However, will definitely be trying to fix memory leak in-editor for practice.
