great job!! the core mechanic was fun, good level desing i managed to complete them all, the graphics and the audio could improve. the old tv effect it is great but the unsaturated colors made the game feel a little bit dead, u could try using some color palletes and maybe more post processing effects. on the audio u might add more sound effects and music so it wont feel as repetitive. the way u introduce the mechanics could be a little bit more explicit, i felt like i was discovering what i was able to do on the puzzle instead of the puzzle gives to me everything and then is up to my cleverness to solve it or not. overal its a really great game and idea, great job, keep up the good work!!
