The Timer thing is new to me, did you do anything before it got stuck? so I could solve it.
and never encountered the ore instantly pick up too in my long hours of testing, as you said let's consider it a critical mining lol XD
to be fair, my testing is a bit weird, i am running on linux, so i ran the game through an emulator, so, it is expected that not everything works perfectly, but, maybe just keep them in mind, maybe you would take note of them, but if they rarely occur, then, it won't matter much :D
for the fun part, i am unsure, but something kept pulling me, as in "keep making more money" or "just until next round"
however, so if you decide to pull it throw into one big commercial game i think it'd be great, with adding more things to the player to do or things along those lines.
