I know that you will bring new content with this Among us 2 but i have some ideas that maybe you've already know but I've been playing the game since March 2020 and i found these tips to you to improve.
1- Increase or decease the impostors amount:
This point because, when i'm playing with some friends and others wants to play, imagine that i just set up the room with 1 impostor (because the amount of players, 5 o 6) but, more people is coming (like 3 o 4 more to complete 9 or 10), when this happened, i have to delete this room and create a new one with a new amount of impostors and it's a little bit annoying.
2- Limit of players in a room:
This is a very good idea for you to increase the amount of players per room, maybe 5 more to have more friends within. And with that in mind, you could create some more roles.
3- Better impostor RNG
4- Random names when the game starts
Even with friends, this will be a very good idea to create more tension between the players because the rule to be silent while playing (except in the conferences, of course).
5- [A role idea] Medium or someone who can see ghost/can talk to them
With a Medium, the game will be more interesting because he could know who's the killer and create a very good strategy against the impostors.
Note: Dead players can't see the Medium's name. Medium will be know the dead players' name because in conferences they will show up but with this, the "Random names" could be different.
6- [Voice chat] A Crewmate and impostor / and other impostors only voice chat
It would be AMAZING to be in a voice chat, but...2 voice chats, when you're crewmate and when you're impostor. The impostors can talk to each other pressing a key in the keyboard without the crewmates hear them.
If i'm impostor with a random guy or with a friend, we can use our only voice chat to kill o to plan some kills or some opportunities, of course, the crewmates can't hear us but we can hear them and we can talk with them too.
This point because my friends and i, we play in discord, but being an impostor with one of them, sometimes is hard to make some plays or to communicate with my impostor mate because others can hear us o could be suspicious if we move to other channel (and that's dumb).
