Good game! I have some suggestions and notes for you!
Notes:
- The game is restarting/ reloading too fast when the player touches the other boxes/ quads—your game currently has not a good player feedback.
- The number that is on the top of the player, I think it is a score. It's not increasing when the player keeps falling/ landing.
Suggestions:
- Add a main menu.
- Make good player feedback. Example when the player dies, make a delay or something to see that the player dies, you can also show text that says you lose when the player dies, etc.
- The score that is on the top of the player, move it to the top of the screen and add a high score.
- In my opinion, if the player has no face, and it is just a circle, it will look much better than now.
