Bruh. Go to task manager then "power" or sth like that (the 2nd tab, see images), go to CPU and tell us what is standing right from the CPU text, then go to GPU and tell us what is right from the text. I marked what you should tell us on the images:

Did this already. As you can see in these other comments, I have said it says 0% on everything (which include 3D, Copy, Video decode, and Video processing.)
