That would only feed into the damsel in distress trope so never. Also not exactly women. They are adventurer turned into breeders. If you get the bad end with the tar it shows you become them.

I must have misread. Had in mind the text said women when you first see them.

I mean, we save Bernard, (if discouraged) Logan, a village (with the possibility of saving three female acolytes at least, Othra by getting the Good Ending), kinda save Bareshade from bandits, (possibly) three werewolves, an orc, a minotaur, (debatably) a horse-man and a ratkin at some point from a pile of trash if I remember correctly.

Saving or trying to save adventurers, regardless of sex or gender, is in line with the plot themes. If we manage to be the first herbalist we know of to get close to finding a cure to lycanthropy, trying to find a cure or solution for tar infection would not be surprising. And like you said, we're not necessarily saving damsels. Besides, tropes can be fun to play with if you add some novelty/twist to them.

I'm sorry, but saying it'll never happen is not supported by the story or Hyao (as far as I'm aware).
