What did you work in? If you use Unity there are options for the resize filter. You'd have to pick "No" or "nearest neighbor" or "pixel" algorithm (depending on what program you used).

Unless you mean the images are always blurry, even in a normal image viewer.

I used Game Maker Studio, but the images got blurry when I moved them from iPad to PC.
