Thank you for letting me know about that.  I didn't realize that was happening.  I'm not sure why that's happening.  I'll have to look into it.

Ok, I went and fixed the problem.  I'd had things set to go back to the beginning but, for some reason, it didn't want to do that.  I made a copy of the first page, though, linked the restart buttons to that and (from what I can tell after clicking on a couple of the restart links) they now work.  

Again, I'm sorry about that.
