Here is the relevant text:

Publishers affirm that they are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement.

So, assuming you’re “competent”, there doesn’t seem to be any problem. IANAL, though, and I’d suggest you to read the terms anyway. Not doing so is exactly the same as not reading a contract you sign.

I usually only read the Terms when they say to please do so, or the acceptance check mark says that the user affirms that he/she has read.

Though I remember me seeing something about Guardians/Parental ownership, monitoring or consent of the Publisher name or license,so that is what I plan to do.

Though another mini question, does that mean that the email has to be transferred from mine toy parent's? Because I am using my own email.
