That's up to everyone to decide. There's no formal judging for this jam, but you can leave reviews on each submission, or head over to the r/onepagerpgs subreddit. You can also still use the hashtag #1pRPGjam on Twitter to talk about games that have been submitted, or one-page RPG creation in general.
And of course you can get a group together and play some of the weird and wonderful games that were submitted :D
