The ghost design was super cute, and I loved the world building you included in the narrative -- talking about "spirit con" was a fantastic addition. It was a bit too difficult for me, I'm afraid, so I wasn't able to play long 😅.
In addition to maybe playing around with the difficulty, you might want to revisit the size and shapes of collision boxes to be a bit more natural (like, if you have a character standing right by a wall north of them, you'd expect the character's sprite to be able to partially overlap the wall tile (with the feet staying on the ground).
