Loveland is so frog-thick with atmosphere! And I think that’s what I enjoyed most most about the game. Audio is so under-appreciated, but in Loveland, it’s a big highlight! It doesn’t hurt that the game is total eye candy; I adore the aesthetics.
But the game is teeming with a sense of mystery. Where is everyone? Whose trailer is that up on the hill? Why did those people turn out the lights when I knocked? And why are there frogs everywhere? Loveland brings back the mystery that today’s horror stories lack.
I can’t wait for the future. If you’re looking for a high-quality original horror game, give Loveland a try.
