To get through a level, you have to push Max's TV out the back wall by spraying him several times. The amount of shots it takes to beat him increases as the levels get higher.
I realize I glossed over the game description and saw that you had described it in there. Thank you for telling me. I played the levels of your game and found them fun but repetitive. I stopped after beating level 20.
