Hey Adam! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The .exe is a self extracting archive made in 7zip so it should just unzip into a folder called VACANT TUNDRA where you can play the game by running game.exe. Is your antivirus perhaps blocking the file? Sometimes they can be a bit weird about .exe files.
At any rate if you download 7zip -- http://www.7-zip.org/ -- you should be able to right click and extract it. Let me know if that works :-)
