Yeah, I beated it!

Negatives:
- hit detection acted wierd, when you jump over enemies, especially round ones, nothing toches nothing and you get hit
- I wanted to have just a duck on pressing down direction, when slide would kill you instantly
- miniboss with big gun had strange looking (and working) ground attack, when it go from back to forward and no bullets touch you if you dont tuch this thing
- inertia acts wildly, very hard to control your destiny after you launched yourself to the mistery of undiscovered consequences of your jump

Neutrals:
• I think it would be good to recover your health, when you change stage, you will replenish it after death and start from here anyway
• taking damage out of just touching the enemy is very infuriating, I know, its retro style, but nonetheless
• first enemies don't have any attacks and just walk around mindlessly, I know, this was like that back then, but I think it wouldn't hurt if you'd give them some attacks
• boss hits you with his katana slice attack if you are in air, it looks a bit strange, as for me
• ninja boss acts a bit randomly especially when he goes to corners, you don't know where would he go next, and what you should do, jump or slide

Positives:
+ very cool sprites and animations
+ good vibes on retro music
+ when you get in the Flow it starts to feel very ninja gaiden-like, very pleasant feeling
+ very cool ninja boss, stylish, badass, especially those moments when he waits you to act first/get close before his katana charge attack

Cool game, kip it up!

Update:
Almost forgot, keyboard keys didn't work for gameplay itself, only in menues, so I used my gamepad.

Thanks for all the feedback! I've already gotten started working on some of the points you brought up, like those hitboxes and the jumps where you can't really tell where you're going, but I'll definitely be looking at everything.
