You score is number of enemies on screen so you have to keep avoiding enemies till the point you can no more handle them and reach the goal. Its upto you when to go to goal but more you procrastinate higher your score will be.

I played it again and liked it. The only suggestion I have is to make the enemy spawn at the borders of the screen . It feels unfair that the enemy spawns right where I'm located at a certain time and make me lose. I have no way to avoid it or see it coming. So no matter how hard I try to avoid the other ones, progress could be lost randomly.
