Take Rinny with you and go all the way up the town, there will be a person in a corner and talk to them, they should talk abouy how the succubus spirited everyone away. Then your able to go to the manor, also have a high Mys level.
that's supposed to happen, otherwise it would have been you (and a bad end). Go find help from someone in the graveyard! check some gravestones or get defeated by certain creatures if you're lazy
