If you're on Windows. (I don't know about Mac).

Make sure to unzip the folder (right click and extract all).

1. Click on "not minecraft dont sue me pls.exe"

1. A "Windows protected your PC," dialog box appears. Click on "More Info."

1. Click "Run anyway."

The problem is the app isn't executable.  To fix this problem open Terminal and change directory "cd /Applications/floppy\ minecraft\ mac.app/Contents/MacOS" and make the file executable by using this command"chmod 755 ./not\ minecraft\ dont\ sue\ me\ pls".
