Thanks for the kind words and feedback, we've not seen this issue before, but might be some kind of race condition we're not experiencing locally. If it's consistent it would be interesting to see your network and console log

console log: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://cdn.sidaroth.no/openjam2020/flowerBG.jpg. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).

I'm guessing you're hosting the assets remotely and itch.io doesn't allow for cross origin request?

Yes it's hosted remotely, but it should allow CORS as it seems to work for others just fine though. I'm not sure why you're not getting access to it. Do you use any browser extensions that mess with the http headers?

Didn't move anything and tried again and now it's all good, don't know why though, weird.
